Empower Your Future: What You’ll Lead

Assist in the preparation and creation of high-quality food products.

Oversee the hiring, training, and development of team members, in collaboration with Human Resources Development. This includes conducting performance appraisals, addressing disciplinary actions, and managing terminations.

Lead culinary operations for your assigned shift, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen management.

Maintain the quality and consistency of food products, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.

Guarantee the proper sanitation and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and standards.

Perform regular taste tests to maintain consistency and excellence in food quality.
Job Requirements:

A combination of culinary education and/or at least five years of cooking experience.

Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Basic knowledge of sanitation practices, quality control, recipe interpretation, and prep responsibilities.

Successful completion of a formal tasting audition.

Basic computer skills for simple data entry and information retrieval.

Certification as a Food Service Manager, or the ability to obtain one within a year of employment.
