Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of kitchen staff

  • Lead and coach the culinary team to achieve high standards in food preparation and service

  • Develop and implement training programs for team development

  • Manage staffing levels to optimize productivity and control labor costs

  • Support the creation and execution of high-quality, cost-effective menus

  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays


About You

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in culinary arts, with at least one year in a supervisory role

  • Background in high-volume, quality-focused restaurants or banquet settings preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen production systems

  • Excellent culinary skills with an eye for presentation and a refined palate

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand kitchen environment

  • No formal degree required—just a passion for hospitality and a drive to lead
