Role Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of kitchen staff

Lead and coach the culinary team to achieve high standards in food preparation and service

Develop and implement training programs for team development

Manage staffing levels to optimize productivity and control labor costs

Support the creation and execution of high-quality, cost-effective menus

Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment

Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards

Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
About You

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in culinary arts, with at least one year in a supervisory role

Background in high-volume, quality-focused restaurants or banquet settings preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen production systems

Excellent culinary skills with an eye for presentation and a refined palate

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand kitchen environment

No formal degree required—just a passion for hospitality and a drive to lead
