Position Overview
Amsive is seeking a Specialist, Paid Social to manage direct response, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns across multiple verticals. Reporting to the VP of Social Media, the role involves campaign creation, ad optimization, audience targeting, performance reporting, and supporting interns. The candidate will contribute to Amsive’s knowledge base through case studies, thought leadership, and performance summaries.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Manage complex client accounts, reviewing creative, audience, and bidding performance. 
- 
Monitor budgets and campaign performance for active client accounts. 
- 
Assist with creative development, tracking results, and ideating new testing options. 
- 
Compile reports, extract insights, and recommend actionable solutions. 
- 
Ensure quality control: verify ad settings, budgets, and targeting. 
- 
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices; share knowledge with the team. 
- 
Contribute to corporate initiatives, process improvements, and internal/external communications. 
- 
Participate in tactical strategy discussions including full-funnel media, platform expansion, and cross-channel integration. 
- 
Execute campaign elements for larger accounts independently, including ad optimization and platform launches. 
Qualifications
- 
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 
- 
Experience: 2–4 years managing paid social advertising campaigns. 
- 
Skills: - 
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environments 
- 
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills 
- 
Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights 
- 
Familiarity with ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, with bonus experience on Snap, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest 
- 
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Work Products; Slack and Asana experience a plus 
- 
Understanding of product catalogs, commerce manager, and pixel tracking 
- 
Eagerness to learn Amsive’s full-service offerings and identify upsell opportunities

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- 
Facebook Blueprint Certification 
- 
Understanding of testing principles and disciplined testing approach 
- 
Experience with complex accounts (multibrand, multichannel, subscription-based, or non-standard e-commerce models)
