Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist

As a Specialty Dispensing Pharmacist 2, you will apply your clinical and operational expertise to accurately process and dispense specialty medications, which are mailed directly to patients or healthcare providers. You will collaborate closely with providers and patients to resolve complex issues, including drug interactions and dependencies. Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of programs designed to enhance health outcomes with a special focus on specialty drugs. You will understand and align your work with the department, segment, and organizational goals while exercising independent judgment in your daily responsibilities, following established procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Ohio

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in high-volume mail order or retail pharmacy settings

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Compensation

• Estimated salary range: $94,900 to $130,500 annually

• Eligible for performance-based bonus incentives
