Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and swallowing disorders. Pay Range: $47.50 – $67.46/hour

Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and swallowing disorders.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license.
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) within 1 year of hire.

Current CPR certification.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent clinical judgment.
