Speech/Language Pathologist

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and swallowing disorders. You will work in a collaborative environment that empowers clinicians to deliver exceptional care and improve patient outcomes.

Pay Range: $47.50 – $67.46/hour
Location: Washington State
Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and swallowing disorders.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist license.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) within 1 year of hire.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent clinical judgment.
