Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct services, conduct assessments, and offer consultation to support students’ communication and language development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to elementary students.

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop student support strategies.

  • Create and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Keep detailed progress notes and required documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current Massachusetts SLP license and DESE certification (or eligibility).

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required.
