Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication skills of pediatric patients.

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.

Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve communication abilities.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals for integrated care.

Track and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed for optimal results.

Provide education to families about speech disorders and the value of early intervention.

Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist.

Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.

Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy.

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.

Familiarity with early intervention strategies for speech delays and disorders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
