Key Responsibilities of a SPOC Assistant (Night Shift Working)
As a SPOC Assistant (Night Shift Working), your duties will include:

Handling internal and external non-emergency calls professionally and efficiently

Supporting the Clinical Assessment Service with admin tasks and patient referrals

Organizing patient transport using the Trust’s booking systems

Using systems such as CAD, Adastra, Telephony, and Microsoft Office

Maintaining accurate records and managing data in line with GDPR regulations
