Key Responsibilities of a SPOC Assistant (Night Shift Working)

As a SPOC Assistant (Night Shift Working), your duties will include:

  • Handling internal and external non-emergency calls professionally and efficiently

  • Supporting the Clinical Assessment Service with admin tasks and patient referrals

  • Organizing patient transport using the Trust’s booking systems

  • Using systems such as CAD, Adastra, Telephony, and Microsoft Office

  • Maintaining accurate records and managing data in line with GDPR regulations
