Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Closing: Managing month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, supporting schedules, and account reconciliations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Developing and preparing financial reports, conducting variance analyses, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cost & Project Accounting: Overseeing cost accounting functions, reviewing inventory transactions, analyzing budget deviations, managing budget updates, and tracking fixed assets.
- Audit Collaboration: Supporting internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and intercompany procedures, particularly across different countries.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborating with various departments to monitor spending and uphold financial accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities and implementing improvements to enhance financial processes’ efficiency and accuracy.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Assisting with special reporting requests and projects as required.
What You Bring:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, coupled with 5+ years of relevant accounting experience. Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. A CPA, CMA, or MBA designation is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis software (Excel, Tableau, SQL) and familiarity with pricing optimization tools.
- Analytical Acumen: Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities with sharp business insight. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies and pricing decisions.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and reporting.
- Work Ethic: A proactive self-starter and strong collaborator who can effectively articulate deviations and requirements. Must be adept at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and multitasking in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
- Compliance & Safety: A solid understanding and commitment to upholding Company policies, procedures, and all safety regulations.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position is $92,560 – $127,270. The final offer will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant skills, education, experience, and internal pay equity. Please note that while this represents the full range, hiring typically occurs below the maximum to allow for future wage growth.
