Position Details:
- FTE: 1.0 (Full-Time Equivalent)
- Scheduled Hours: 80 bi-weekly
- Shift: Day, 8-hour shifts
Job Description:
Under minimal supervision, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for complex accounting tasks, including coordinating accounting period closings, supporting annual audits, and performing necessary reconciliations. This role provides high-level support and expertise to various divisions and corporations within the El Camino Hospital District.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Three (3) years of professional accounting experience preferred, healthcare experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting systems and database management.
