Job Opportunity: Sr. Accountant I, Stock Plan Admin
Our leading Biotech client seeks a detail-oriented Sr. Accountant I to manage the day-to-day administration of their equity programs (stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs, etc.). You will work closely with external administrators and internal Finance, Legal, and HR teams to ensure compliant and accurate equity transactions within Equity Edge Online. Responsibilities include managing equity transactions, resolving employee inquiries, preparing accounting entries and reconciliations, supporting SEC filings, and assisting with plan design and employee education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of stock administration or relevant experience with equity compensation plans.
- CEP designation is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Equity Edge Online preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with financial software (e.g., Great Plains, NetSuite).
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Occasional travel (up to 5%).
