Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver data-driven strategies and tools.

  • Conduct large-scale data analysis to uncover actionable insights and recommend optimization opportunities.

  • Craft compelling data narratives and present clear, strategic insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools.

  • Gather requirements and contribute to the development of advanced analytics tools and data science models.

  • Develop, maintain, and own metrics and reporting dashboards that influence key business decisions.

  • Promote best practices and share knowledge with global analytics counterparts.

  • Partner with data engineers to enhance data sourcing and pipeline optimization.

  • Work with the Data Science team to co-develop innovative analytics products and solutions.

  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership to guide business strategy.

What You Bring

  • Natural curiosity and a passion for data discovery and storytelling.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or consulting.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.

  • Strong programming skills in Python or R.

  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics and BigQuery.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives that impact revenue and performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.

Work Location & Compensation

  • Location: Hybrid work model based in New York, NY

  • Base Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000 annually

  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid leave, and more.
