Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle APEX Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of an innovative fintech middleware solution for HAL/SBN. This hybrid position requires an individual with strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to design and build scalable APEX applications that will meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, Develop, and Architect Oracle APEX Applications: Lead the development of robust, scalable Oracle APEX applications to support business requirements.

Build and Manage Integrations with External Systems: Utilize REST APIs to integrate Oracle APEX applications with various external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.

Gather Business Requirements and Create Technical Documentation: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical documentation and application specifications.

Perform Unit Testing and Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Conduct thorough unit testing of developed applications, and assist the team with UAT to ensure quality and functionality.

Troubleshoot and Resolve Application Issues: Provide expert-level troubleshooting to address and resolve issues with the application during and after deployment.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders, including product owners and business users, to ensure continuous support and successful application delivery.
Required Qualifications:

Proven Experience as an Oracle APEX Developer: Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying Oracle APEX applications.

Strong Knowledge of Oracle APEX & Database Systems: In-depth understanding of Oracle APEX, Oracle databases, and how to leverage them for building efficient solutions.

Experience with REST API Integration: Hands-on experience in building and managing integrations with external systems using REST APIs.

Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.

Team Player with Ability to Work Independently: Capable of working collaboratively in a team while also being able to take initiative and work independently when needed.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Financial Systems and Accounting Processes (Nice to Have): Familiarity with financial software systems, processes, and accounting standards is advantageous, but not required.
