We are seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Developer to design, develop, and configure software systems supporting our federal clients. This role involves the full software development lifecycle—from analysis and design through implementation, quality assurance, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

Support customized PeopleSoft Financials (9.2) upgrades.

Manage implementation of retrofits and update system inputs.

Work on customized modules and supplemental applications tied to PeopleSoft.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure high-quality deliverables through analysis, coding, testing, and maintenance.
Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft code and architecture.

Proficiency in SQL and additional coding languages.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver quality work.
Requirements

US Citizenship (required).

Proficiency in PeopleSoft and SQL.

Ability to understand client business processes and align solutions.
Nice to Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

Prior consulting experience.
-
Active security clearance.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base salary range: $86,500 – $118,000 USD (for eligible states).
