Role Responsibilities:

Lead mass updates and changes within the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.

Become a subject matter expert on the data collected via the SAP PM system.

Provide master data support to cross-functional business process owners and team members.

Participate in testing cycles and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process enhancements to ensure data accuracy.

Contribute to continuous process improvement and performance analysis to help the Operations team make data-driven decisions.

Collaborate with global teams to align data collection, reporting standards, and processes.

Assist Engineering and Operations teams in maintaining and updating O&M master data, such as maintenance plans, task lists, functional locations, and equipment records.

Design, document, deploy, and maintain analytical reports using data manipulation techniques to track operational KPIs.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance trend reports for executive reviews.

Identify and explore opportunities for improvements in daily operations execution.

Implement process automation to streamline data processing and reduce manual efforts.

Lead the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades in close collaboration with IT experts.

Uphold the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental practices in all activities.

Job Requirements and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (preferred); Master’s degree is a plus.

At least 5 years of work experience required, with a minimum of 3 years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or Material Management (MM) transactional roles.

Strong knowledge of SAP PM process execution and master data management.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools.

Experience with databases such as SQL, Azure, SAP, and AirTable.

Familiarity with data processing tools like Python, R, etc., is beneficial.

Previous experience in renewable asset operations is a plus, particularly in wind, solar, or other industrial/utility sectors.

Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud or similar reporting applications is an advantage.

Strong skills in data management, analysis, and business intelligence.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize critical projects.

Compensation:
-
Annual base salary range for this position in Illinois is $91,000 – $135,000. The final salary is determined based on factors such as the role’s responsibilities, the candidate’s experience, and other relevant considerations.
