The Job:

As a Sr. Customer Supply Chain Analyst, Forecasting, you’ll be part of our Global Supply Chain team as a Hybrid employee. In this role you’ll get to:

  • Partner with the Customer Supply Chain and Demand Planning Teams to drive forecast improvements at a customer centric level for both short-term and long-term plans
  • Drive KPI Improvement through Customer Centric Forecasting insights (Forecast Accuracy, On-Time in Full and Service Level )
  • Lead Internal and Customer facing forecast meetings to drive impactful planning improvements
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting forecast findings and developing process enhancements regarding forecast comparisons, consumption and promotional accuracy across all Business Units.

Desired Experience & Education:

  • BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, Demand Planning or related required
  • Minimum of 3 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience
  • Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse, JDA or other Demand Planning software)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required
