Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Discover, analyze, and define data requirements, and represent them through conceptual and logical data models.

Collect and analyze data related to various business functions such as forecasts, capital requirements, inventory management, logistics, manufacturing capacity, and production. Additionally, analyze data like geographics, POS, pricing, promotion, store profiles, and e-commerce data to build channel models.

Create high-level process models including system interface diagrams, workflow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, and data flow diagrams to represent processes for the business areas under analysis.

Empower the business by promoting the adoption of data, data science, and business intelligence tools to create added value.
Compensation & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $197,500 for a full-time schedule.

Your final compensation will be influenced by factors like location, job-related skills, and experience.

Performance-based bonus with a target payout of 10% of annual salary, paid annually.

Qualifications:
-
Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis and profiling, business requirements definition, or data engineering within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Manufacturing industry.

At least 5 years of experience in areas such as Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Distribution Network Analysis, Manufacturing, Production Network Optimization, and Transportation, or other related domains like Financial, Consumer, Channel, or Category.

At least 4 years of experience in Data Profiling, including identifying trends and anomalies to inform data model creation.

Experience with POS data aggregators like IRI, Nielsen, or Kantar is preferred.
Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain and/or Operations Management is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
