Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and processes that enable rapid deployment of customer-facing solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CI/CD automation, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS). This role demands strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. Experience in automotive or embedded software is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

Implement automated build and testing procedures using GitHub CI/CD.

Develop release and packaging procedures that ensure reliable, traceable, and high-confidence builds.

Integrate with project management tools like JIRA to enhance the quality of project data.

Participate in Agile Scrum development, applying Systems Engineering principles.

Collaborate closely with Arene teams, adapting to platform changes and helping drive continuous improvement.

Evaluate and provide feedback on tools and platforms developed by Arene teams.

Work alongside customers to deliver next-generation vehicle applications for production vehicles.
Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in DevOps engineering.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

Understanding of typical ECU hardware architecture and familiarity with vehicle architecture.

Proficiency in CI/CD practices, specifically for automotive testing environments.

Experience working with C/C++, Python, and Golang-based projects.

Familiarity with automotive build systems and communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, Flexray).

Experience with safety standards like ISO26262.

Proficiency with build systems like Bazel, CMake, or similar, as well as multi-repo management tools like git-repo.

Experience with creating software integration builds in multi-repo, multi-language environments.
