Position Summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst to help lead our advanced analytics initiatives across commercial functions—including marketing, sales, and pricing. In this highly visible role, you will play a critical part in bridging business needs with innovative data solutions, turning complex challenges into measurable value. By connecting commercial leaders with analytics experts, you’ll help drive strategic transformation through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Define Opportunities: Partner with business stakeholders to uncover advanced analytics opportunities and align them with broader strategic goals.

  • Scope Definition & Planning: Collaborate to outline project scope and define tailored approaches—ranging from proof-of-concept (PoC) pilots to fully scaled deployments.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications in collaboration with data scientists and data engineers.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT by documenting test processes and outcomes to ensure effective solution validation.

  • Business Case Creation: Develop strong business cases and performance measurement plans, preparing executive-level briefings that demonstrate the value of analytics initiatives.

  • Prioritization & Alignment: Work with digital commercial leadership to evaluate and prioritize analytics use cases with the greatest potential impact.

  • Project Documentation: Lead the creation of clear, comprehensive documentation—including detailed requirements and deliverables—while ensuring consistency and quality across all analytics projects.

  • Strategy Support: Help shape and promote the commercial advanced analytics strategy, supporting a company-wide shift toward a data-informed culture.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline

  • 4+ years of experience applying analytics techniques (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, or prescriptive)

  • 4+ years of experience gathering business requirements to define analytics use cases

  • 2+ years of experience developing or deploying advanced analytics models

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience in commercial functions within the consumer products industry

  • Background in a business analyst role

  • Familiarity working in Agile environments to support rapid analytics solution development
