About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to craft conversion-focused, visually stunning assets that elevate our client’s brand across their Shopify eCommerce store, email marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with strong UX/UI sensibilities, deep knowledge of eCommerce customer journeys, and a passion for designing experiences that are as functional as they are beautiful. You’ll collaborate closely with eCommerce, merchandising, marketing, and development teams to create digital designs that drive sales, engagement, and brand storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update assets for Shopify, including homepage layouts, banners, landing pages, and product storytelling.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver clean, high-quality design handoffs.

  • Create email marketing campaigns (newsletters, lifecycle flows, promotions) aligned with brand and sales goals.

  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across web, social, and email.

  • Partner with merchandising teams to design assets for product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

  • Apply UX/UI best practices to deliver intuitive, customer-first digital experiences.

  • Maintain and evolve design systems and templates for efficiency and consistency.

  • Optimize designs for mobile-first performance across devices and screen sizes.

  • Stay current on digital design trends, social media best practices, and eCommerce innovations.

  • Support additional marketing needs, including display ads, paid social content, and digital lookbooks.

  • Manage design for wholesale platforms (Faire) and Amazon storefronts, ensuring brand consistency.


Skills & Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel campaigns across web, email, and organic social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok).

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and animation tools (Premiere, After Effects).

  • Strong knowledge of organic social media content design, including feeds, reels, and stories.

  • Deep appreciation for typography, layout, and illustration in digital storytelling.

  • Proven ability to deliver cohesive designs across multi-touchpoint campaigns.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

  • Passion for design that drives engagement and tells authentic brand stories.


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Figma.

  • Strong image retouching skills for polished visual assets.

  • Passion for organic social content creation with insight into what resonates on Meta, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field (preferred).

  • Demonstrated success in digital design for eCommerce, organic content, and social media marketing.

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles with a customer-first mindset.
