Key Responsibilities

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and business-related data concerns.

Respond promptly to system outages and time-sensitive challenges.

Develop, test, and validate system changes in non-production environments before deploying to production.

Maintain and enhance ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support daily business functions.

Plan and execute software upgrades on an annual basis.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to support application development and testing efforts.

Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Intermediate proficiency in SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Working knowledge of database servers and related applications.

Experience with Google Workspace (gSheets, gDrive, gMail).

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, server tools, and application support.

Understanding of XML and JSON structures.

Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.

Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Solid organizational, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.

Experience in correspondent or retail mortgage origination is a plus.

Proven track record of delivering timely, accurate information in a fast-paced setting.
