Position Summary
F5 is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives within our People & Culture team. This role will oversee cross-functional programs, including leading M&A activities, managing deliverables for the Talent and Compensation Committee, and overseeing key Total Rewards programs such as global equity design and executive compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, data analysis, and executive collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and coordination of materials for the Board’s Talent & Compensation Committee, including drafting reports, conducting market assessments, and performing data analysis.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance employee engagement and participation in equity compensation programs.
- Own the development and administration of compensation policies, including guidelines for sign-on bonuses, internal movement, and rehire policies.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on trends in executive compensation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and global HR business partners on executive compensation matters.
- Oversee executive-level compensation reviews, new hire offers, and promotion processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, legal, and communications teams.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in executive compensation, strategic HR program management, or related fields.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong project management skills with a focus on operational execution and scaling HR programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Excel and analytical abilities, with experience in dynamic modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and trends to executive leaders.
- Ability to anticipate problems, apply sound judgment, and develop strategic solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and leading cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Global Executive and Equity Compensation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $164,306 – $246,458 (subject to variation based on experience, location, and market conditions).
- Additional compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and restricted stock units.
