Insulet, a growing global medical device company focused on simplifying diabetes management with our Omnipod platform, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Manager, Learning & Leadership Development (US). Reporting to the Director, Learning & Leadership Development, you’ll be a key member of our Talent Management and Organizational Development Center of Excellence Leadership Team, driving a culture of learning and growth within our dynamic environment. This global role will partner with executives and senior leaders to identify learning needs, design impactful learning experiences, and provide strategic program management to empower our people and drive high performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on and execute a global Learning Strategy and Roadmap aligned with business goals and culture.
  • Develop and implement Change Management strategies for learning programs to maximize engagement.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the L&D team, HR Business Partners, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Act as a learning coach for employees and executives, providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Manage Insulet’s L&D Council and other forums to foster global collaboration.
  • Lead the creation of employee communications related to learning initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and design engaging, scalable learning curriculum for various audiences.
  • Create tailored learning experiences for executives and people managers.
  • Utilize design thinking and agile learning approaches to drive behavior change.
  • Develop learning collateral and facilitate impactful learning sessions.
  • Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs.
  • Lead end-to-end program management for key global learning initiatives, including planning, logistics, KPIs, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Track and report on qualitative and quantitative learning metrics to identify insights.
  • Provide strategic counsel on program adaptation to overcome execution challenges.
  • Utilize our learning management system (Docebo) for content management and progress tracking.
  • Partner with the L&D team to address employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Incorporate multimedia, digital, and adaptive learning technologies in program design.
  • Provide counsel on technology solutions to enhance learner experiences (VR, micro-learning).
  • Streamline reporting and tracking using technology for increased efficiency.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of Learning and Leadership Development experience.
  • Proven experience creating and designing global leadership, soft-skill, and organizational capability learning solutions at scale.
  • Experience leveraging data analytics to inform learning actions.
  • Learning Program Management experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience creating learning strategies aligned with business outcomes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of learner-centered instructional theories and adult learning principles.
  • Experience working with and influencing senior executives.
  • Strong facilitation skills for large groups.
  • Experience designing learning for mindset, behavior, and culture change.
  • Knowledge of innovative learning practices and solutions.
  • Experience delivering programs virtually.
  • Experience managing large, complex, global learning programs.
  • Instructional design and design thinking experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Ability to travel within and outside the US (estimated 20% yearly).

  • This position offers a flexible, hybrid work arrangement, requiring commuting to an Insulet location (preference for Acton, MA or San Diego, CA).

Salary and Benefits:

  • The US base salary range for this role is $124,950.00 – $187,425.00, dependent on location, skills, and experience. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
