Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives within the Generics/OTC-CPG ecosystem. This role will serve as a strategic consultant to business leaders and teams, developing and executing tailored, practical solutions that enable successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes.

This position is responsible for driving initiatives across Pricing Transformation and OTC-CPG strategies, ensuring alignment between organizational structures and strategic goals, and facilitating change readiness and adoption through comprehensive planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end change management efforts for major strategic initiatives within Generics and OTC-CPG, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Guide organizational structure and cultural alignment to effectively support and sustain Pricing Transformation and OTC-CPG initiatives.

  • Establish stakeholder communication and engagement strategies specific to transformation efforts, building internal change networks to champion adoption.

  • Develop tools, resources, and training to support successful implementation and usage of new systems, processes, and structures.

  • Analyze and document the impact of initiatives on organizational structure and operations, and recommend aligned practices to drive workforce adoption.

  • Identify and apply best practices and emerging trends in change management to enhance organizational agility and transformation effectiveness.

  • Execute all phases of the change lifecycle, including scoping, stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, impact evaluation, leadership alignment, and sustainment planning.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and adoption of change initiatives.

  • Create and manage change agent and people leader networks, ensuring consistent feedback loops and active support of transformation goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement impactful communication strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and change teams across geographies and functions to ensure consistency, alignment, and mutual support in change efforts.

  • Coach and advise business and HR leaders on best practices in executing and embedding change management strategies.

  • Develop and deliver learning programs, tools, and templates to build organizational change capabilities.

  • Oversee third-party vendors when required, ensuring program alignment and long-term sustainability of change initiatives.

  • Support broader organizational design and workforce transformation activities necessary to achieve project and program success.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in change management, organizational design, or related fields.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Change Management, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Strategic business orientation with the ability to understand financial and operational contexts and align HR and change strategies accordingly.

  • Proven expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessments, transition planning, and sustainment.

  • Skilled in building capabilities and shaping culture, with a focus on aligning programs and behaviors to support business transformation.

  • Strong consultative abilities, with the capability to influence across all organizational levels through clear communication, facilitation, and problem-solving.

  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively to guide strategic initiatives.

  • Adept at navigating ambiguous or complex environments, identifying actionable steps and providing clarity to move initiatives forward.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in organizational development, effectiveness, operating model design, and workforce transitions.

  • Background in managing or supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts within large, matrixed, and cross-functional organizations.

  • Familiarity with enterprise change frameworks and change capability building within complex environments.
