Role Overview

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Manager of Social Media to lead the company’s global social media presence. This role involves developing and executing a cohesive strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels. You will design and implement social strategies that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership.

Ideal candidates are strategic, creative thinkers with experience managing social media for enterprise brands and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Own and evolve global social media strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Content & Campaigns: Lead creation and publishing of high-impact, brand-aligned content that resonates with audiences.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with PR, content, product marketing, field marketing, and design teams.

  • Advocacy & Influence: Partner with customer and employee advocacy teams to amplify voices and stories.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns based on insights and trends.

  • Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging channels, and best practices.

  • Influencer Programs: Help establish and manage influencer and advocacy initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of social media marketing experience, preferably with enterprise B2B or B2C brands.

  • Proven ability to build and scale social media programs that drive measurable results.

  • Deep understanding of platform nuances, audience behaviors, and content formats.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills; strong sense of brand voice and tone.

  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprinklr experience a plus).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in-house at large enterprises or leading agencies.

  • Background in technology, SaaS, or digital marketing.

  • Experience as a social content creator is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $83,000 – $138,000

  • Eligibility for discretionary bonus, commission, and/or equity plans.

  • 401(k) with 100% vested company contributions
