  • Build a clear product roadmap and gain alignment across stakeholders, balancing priorities using data-driven tradeoffs.

Product Execution & Lifecycle Management

  • Design optimal processes for merchants to enable payment options like PayPal and Venmo through the Braintree Platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners—business, technical, design, and program teams—to align on execution and outcomes.

  • Own business results by setting and tracking OKRs, KPIs, and revenue-related goals.

  • Conduct research and apply consumer science principles to continuously identify growth opportunities and optimize user experiences.

  • Evaluate existing workflows to pinpoint friction and develop seamless, intuitive user journeys.

  • Define and iterate on product requirements, using rapid experimentation to refine solutions.

  • Lead end-to-end development efforts with engineering and design teams to bring new features to life.

  • Actively participate in team ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), offering direction and support to ensure product alignment and delivery.

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker with strong execution skills and deep empathy for both merchants and end users.

  • A collaborative partner who can influence and build consensus across cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where data and experimentation drive decisions.

  • Experienced in defining and measuring business outcomes using clear metrics.
