The Role
We are hiring a Product Lead / Senior PM to drive product innovation for our utility-facing tools and products. This role is highly collaborative, working at the intersection of program managers, grid operators, and internal admin teams to maximize impact on grid flexibility. You will shape product strategy, prioritize problems, and deliver intuitive solutions that empower utility clients.
What You’ll Do

Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for client and admin-facing tools.

Collaborate with engineering and design to build roadmaps, prioritize key challenges, and launch MVPs for rapid validation.

Lead iterative product development, continuously measuring, learning, and improving the utility-facing user experience.

Conduct deep, data-driven user research to identify customer needs and pain points.

Define and monitor product metrics to measure success and guide iteration.

Partner cross-functionally with designers, engineers, marketers, researchers, and account managers.

Champion a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring

5+ years of product management experience, including leading teams to identify market opportunities and deliver results.

Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience leading horizontal, multi-team initiatives aligned to shared business goals.

A user-first mindset with the ability to balance elegant solutions against ambiguity and technical trade-offs.

Background in enterprise software (B2B and/or B2C) product development.

Experience mentoring other PMs (player/coach style).

Growth-minded, collaborative, and comfortable with constructive feedback.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + Bonus
