Position Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for shaping product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with CDK’s ecosystem. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will create user personas, define requirements, and translate product vision into prioritized features and user stories. This role involves close collaboration with agile teams, product marketing, and other product managers to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize features (Epics) and user stories based on customer needs and business outcomes.

  • Manage product backlog in partnership with R&D and Scrum Masters.

  • Oversee full product lifecycle: ideation, beta testing, launch, and retrospectives.

  • Monitor success metrics (adoption, profitability, NPS, market share).

  • Support product marketing with value propositions and feature/benefit communication.

  • Collaborate across product teams to ensure strategic alignment.

  • Develop and support business cases for new features and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership within Enterprise SaaS.

  • Proven track record in end-to-end product execution.

  • Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and working with globally distributed teams.

  • Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to facilitate customer communications and build consensus across functions.

  • Up to 25% travel required.
