Role Overview
As Sr. Program Manager, People Operations, you’ll play a strategic and operational role within the People team. You will oversee compliance, benefits, leave of absence, and international expansion, ensuring People processes scale effectively with company growth. Key Responsibilities
Program Management

Drive evaluation and improvement of People programs.

Oversee employee training programs and initiatives.

Partner cross-functionally to scale People processes globally.
Compliance & Expansion

Own compliance deliverables, including relocation and remote work policies.

Maintain audit readiness and ensure accurate reporting.

Adapt People programs for new international markets.
Benefits & Renewals

Lead benefits renewals across the U.S., Canada, Serbia, Japan, and India.

Ensure offerings are competitive, compliant, and employee-focused.

Recommend enhancements that support employee retention and satisfaction.
Leave of Absence (LOA)

Own LOA strategy in North America.

Manage vendor relationships for smooth employee experiences.

Benchmark and recommend improvements to LOA policies.
Qualifications

4+ years in People Programs or HR Operations.

Strong project management skills with the ability to own processes.

Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.

Experience building programs in fast-paced environments.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
