Sr. Project Manager

About the Role

MedeAnalytics is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services division, supporting key Payer and Provider healthcare IT implementations. Reporting to the Manager of the PMO & Portfolio Governance, you will manage the full project lifecycle—from scoping and planning to execution and delivery—ensuring success across a portfolio of high-impact healthcare data projects.

This role will drive excellence in delivery, communicate with internal teams and clients, and help shape our governance processes in alignment with MedeAnalytics’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Own and execute end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, cost, schedule, resources, and deliverables.

• Lead internal and external stakeholder communication, agile meetings, and feedback loops.

• Develop detailed project plans and track progress using internal tools.

• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery of healthcare IT solutions with full documentation.

• Anticipate and mitigate project risks; escalate with solutions in hand.

• Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with business and technology goals.

• Monitor performance using project management tools and KPIs.

Portfolio Governance

• Review and provide input on project charters and initiatives.

• Prioritize projects based on risk, capacity, and return on investment.

• Manage Portfolio Governance (PG) board communications and requests.

• Align project execution with long-term business strategy.

• Discontinue or reallocate resources from projects no longer aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Healthcare IT experience required—either with Payers or Providers.

• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and project lifecycle best practices.

• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.

• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across levels and functions.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams through change.

Preferred Attributes

• Strong social and emotional intelligence.

• Experience managing vendor or third-party collaboration.

• Understanding of agile methodologies and healthcare analytics solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 USD (final offer based on experience, education, and skills)
