Job Summary:

Bel Brands USA is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead GoGo squeeZ sales across the East region. This strategic role will manage broker relationships and key retail accounts including AHOLD, Hannaford, Wakefern, C&S East, Bozzuto’s, Wegmans, and more. The right candidate will own sales performance, trade spend, and volume delivery while working cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Category Leadership, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary company representative across the region for GoGo squeeZ

  • Manage broker relationships and trade budget allocations

  • Lead customer meetings and present strategic marketing and new item programs

  • Track and analyze volume and spending using syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen)

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align on strategy and execution

  • Ensure alignment with Bel’s corporate goals and growth vision

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in CPG sales, preferably with broker sales management

    • Experience with top retail accounts and trade marketing strategy

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

    • Familiarity with syndicated data tools (e.g., Circana, Nielsen)

  • Location: Residing in a Northeast key customer market is preferred

  • Language: Fluent in spoken and written English

Working Conditions:

This role is remote with standard business hours and occasional adjustments for key meetings or deadlines. Travel required up to 10%.
