Position Overview
CWT is a global leader in digital travel management, offering a B2B4E platform that connects companies and governments to employees worldwide. Our Finance & Strategy team collaborates across departments to provide financial insights, manage risk, and ensure ethical financial practices.
Role Summary
As a Senior Accountant in the Client Revenue Accounting Department, you’ll be responsible for billing, revenue recognition, and the reconciliation process for CWT’s client portfolio. This includes preparing invoices, supporting month-end accruals, analyzing P&L, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with client contract terms. You’ll work closely with Finance Operations, Client Executives, and other departments to improve billing processes and collections.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review client invoices based on contract terms.

Support month-end processes, including accruals, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with Client Executives.

Assist with audits to ensure compliance with billing standards.

Contribute to system improvements and documentation initiatives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

3-5 years of accounting experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Knowledge of GAAP and strong problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with systems such as Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Cloud is a plus.

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a team.
