Our team includes marketers, technicians, engineers, designers, painters, and car enthusiasts who share a passion for vintage cars and electric performance. We believe in keeping classic cars on the road while supporting our community through revenue sharing and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a part-time Staff Accountant (30 hours/week) with potential to grow into full-time. This hybrid role is based at our Mare Island facility, with some remote flexibility, and reports to the Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor payments via Bill.com and route for approval

  • Reconcile general ledger accounts including bank and credit cards, resolving discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate records of cash disbursements

  • Review expenses and ensure proper allocation using Bill.com, Brex, and ACH data

  • File California sales and use tax forms related to vehicle sales

  • Support ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong accounting knowledge, including principles and financial reporting

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; Xero experience preferred but not required

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability and a positive attitude

  • Familiarity with Brex, Gusto, Dropbox, Google Drive, Outlook, and Slack is a plus

  • CPA certification and cost accounting experience are advantageous but not required
