About the Role
Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is looking for an experienced and motivated Staff Bank Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Staff Bank team. This team plays a vital role in managing temporary staffing for the Trust, ensuring safe staffing levels for all clinical and support services.
As a Staff Bank Co-ordinator, you will support the administration team, working in partnership with operational services, corporate teams, and senior management. This hybrid role offers a mix of home-based work with one office-based day per week.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing temporary staffing operations across NHFT

Support the Staff Bank bookings, administration, training, and payroll teams

Ensure compliance with NHS staffing policies, recruitment processes, and invoicing procedures

Handle queries, maintain accurate records, and provide high-level customer service

Work collaboratively with supervisors and managers to optimize staffing solutions
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in temporary staffing or workforce administration

Knowledge of Healthroster, Bank Staff, ESR, and Agresso

Strong customer service and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of NHS recruitment policies and staffing terms

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
