This role is part of our Analytics & Data Science team, a group at the heart of our data-driven culture. We are long-time advocates and advanced users of Snowflake, DBT, and Amplitude—with mature practices and daily experimentation that bring real value to the business.
About This Role
As a Senior Data Analyst (Marketing Analytics), you will be embedded within mission-aligned teams (MATs) alongside PMs, engineers, and designers. You’ll become a subject matter expert, take ownership of your analyses, and productionize solutions that directly influence marketing strategies. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive Super.com’s growth through advanced analytics and experimentation.
What You’ll Be Working On

Coaching growth marketing stakeholders on channel measurement, organizational standards, and playbooks

Overseeing and evolving event tracking best practices in collaboration with engineers

Designing and implementing scalable experimentation frameworks (geo-lift tests, holdouts, incrementality testing)

Defining and refining channel-specific KPIs that align with business and marketing goals

Translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations via dashboards and presentations

Proactively identifying impactful business challenges and developing scalable solutions
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science, with a focus on growth & marketing analytics

Hands-on experience with GA4, Amplitude, Singular, or similar tools

Strong knowledge of marketing measurement: MMM, attribution, and incrementality testing

Expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python

A self-starter with a bias to action and problem-solving

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with marketing leaders
Compensation

USA: $155,000 – $206,000 USD

Canada Tier 1 (Toronto & Vancouver regions): $148,000 – $178,000 CAD

Canada Tier 2 (other regions): $141,000 – $170,000 CAD
