The Role
As a Staff Data Scientist, you’ll play a key role in Linktree’s Core Product Analytics team. You’ll plan, execute, and analyze experiments that shape product direction and drive SaaS growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to test hypotheses and refine features that empower users to expand their digital universes. Your work will combine rigorous statistical methods with creativity and speed, helping Linktree continuously learn, adapt, and grow.

Who You Are
-
6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in a product-led, fast-paced SaaS environment.

Proven record of designing and evaluating experiments that improve B2C revenue metrics (subscriptions, conversion, pricing, churn).

Hands-on experience using data to inform product and growth decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field (Master’s or PhD a plus).

Skilled in hypothesis testing, statistical modeling, and experiment design.

Thrive in agile product environments using “build-measure-learn” approaches.

Comfortable working hybrid—3 days in our LA or SF office and 2 days from home.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $200,000–$235,000 (depending on location and experience).
