Staff Engineer – Flutter

 Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering teams across multiple areas, providing technical leadership

  • Continuously improve processes and maintain engineering excellence

 Qualifications

  • Fluency in two or more of these languages: Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart

  • In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, dependency injection, state management, reactive programming (Streams, Coroutines, RX)

  • Familiarity with developer tooling, CI/CD, testing strategies, debugging practices

  • Strong understanding of modern architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

 Experience

  • 5+ years in professional software development with Mobile and Web frameworks/SDKs: Flutter, Android, iOS, React, Angular

  • Production experience using Flutter and Dart

  • Experience with modern software architecture and design patterns

  • CI/CD and infrastructure as code experience

  • Developing against REST APIs and building large-scale features

  • Using application monitoring tools for performance assessments

 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience

 Annual Salary

$115,000 – $230,000

  • Salary depends on experience, education, scope of role, and location
