Position Overview
Marshall University’s Drinko Library is seeking a full-time Staff Librarian to provide overnight circulation and research support services. This role ensures that students, faculty, and staff have access to high-quality reference and library assistance during late-night hours, including Friday and Saturday nights.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver circulation support to fulfill the library’s mission of assisting students, faculty, and staff.

Provide reference and research assistance during overnight shifts.

Support library operations, student success, and research needs.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary Range: $38,722 – $50,339 (commensurate with experience and internal equity)
📅 Work Week: 37.5 hours

Qualifications
Required:

Master’s Degree in Library Science (MLS) or a related field

Minimum 6 months of academic library experience
Preferred:

1–3 years of academic library experience
