Exposure to complex cases in neonatal surgery, neurology, and long-term critical care
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Provide safe, individualised, and holistic care to neonates and their families
-
Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
-
Administer medications and monitor vital signs in line with trust policies
-
Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team and support networks
-
Foster safe practice and maintain high standards of infection control and safeguarding
Person Specification
-
Registered Nurse (Child or Adult) with NMC Registration
-
Passion for neonatal nursing and a strong desire to learn
-
Excellent communication, organisational, and clinical skills
-
Commitment to delivering family-centred, compassionate care
-
Willingness to work flexibly within a dynamic and high-acuity environment
Neonatal experience is desirable but not essential – full training and support will be provided.
