What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients by accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and delivering health services aligned with board regulations.

  • Counsel patients and healthcare providers on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.

  • Foster a culture of patient safety, accuracy, and high-quality care by setting clear expectations and ensuring team accountability.

  • Leverage your clinical expertise to drive patient-centered services including immunizations, wellness programs, and medication therapy management (MTM).

  • Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to pharmacy technicians and interns, promoting professional growth and consistent service standards.

  • Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal policies and regulations, including HIPAA, controlled substance documentation, and billing procedures.

  • Use data, community insights, and patient conversations to anticipate and respond to health concerns, emerging trends, and urgent care needs.

  • Participate in community outreach efforts such as health events and Wellness Days to promote access and education across diverse populations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or foreign pharmacy graduate equivalent with FPGE certification from NABP).

  • Active pharmacy license in good standing by date of hire.

  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, or state association training).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with community outreach, patient education, and public health initiatives.

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with pharmacy systems and technology to drive operational excellence.
