Position Summary
As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you will be at the forefront of patient care, engaging with customers and building strong relationships while advocating for their health and wellness. You’ll leverage your clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care, manage prescriptions, administer immunizations, and guide pharmacy staff to deliver top-notch customer service. The pharmacy is fast-paced and equipped with the latest technology, giving you the tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care, including prescription processing, patient counseling, and immunization administration.

Lead pharmacy staff by modeling customer service best practices and ensuring concerns are resolved effectively.

Support community health initiatives and outreach, including Wellness Days and educational events.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.

Use data and patient interactions to stay informed about community health needs and address emerging issues.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $98,000 – $172,000 (for a 40-hour workweek)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

Active pharmacy license
-
Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization Training Program
