Description
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement (15%): Assist customers with guidance on pharmacological and non-pharmacological options for managing health conditions, using clinical tools and tailoring communication based on customer preferences.

Clinical Pharmacy Services (15%): Deliver clinical pharmacy services in compliance with state regulations, including medication therapy management (MTM), immunizations, adherence support, point-of-care testing (POCT), diagnostic testing, and prescription authority to enhance patient therapeutic outcomes.

Business and Script Growth (15%): Utilize products and services to benefit the customer while driving profitable retail business and prescription growth.

Prescription Accuracy (15%): Ensure the accuracy of prescriptions by performing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, adhering to DEA, State, and Federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Patient Care (10%): Provide comprehensive patient care through in-person, telephonic, or digital means, collaborating with healthcare providers and patient care teams to focus on health and wellness outcomes.

Supervision and Leadership (10%): Assist the Pharmacy Manager in supervising pharmacy associates, overseeing training, providing coaching, and delivering performance feedback.

Customer Issue Resolution (5%): Address and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

Certifications and Training (5%): Complete required certifications, education, and training, including Whole Being Health, traditional medicine, holistic wellness, and regulatory compliance.

Pharmacy Security (5%): Maintain the security of the pharmacy department.

Standard Work Compliance (5%): Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all activities.
Compensation:
