Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and offering expert patient counseling.

Support clinical services developed by Walmart in accordance with state pharmacy laws and board regulations.

Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and staff, ensuring consistent adherence to safety protocols, compliance measures, and company policies.

Implement and oversee business processes to drive compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.

Foster a culture of patient safety, quality assurance, and clinical excellence through continuous improvement and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Engage with the community through outreach programs and health initiatives, such as Wellness Days.

Utilize patient data, health trends, and real-time information to address emerging health concerns within your community.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certification via NABP.

Active pharmacy license in the state of practice by the start date.

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or State Pharmacy Association program).
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in community pharmacy or clinical pharmacy settings.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $172,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek; prorated for alternate schedules)

Performance-Based Bonuses: Eligible for annual or quarterly incentives
