What You’ll Do
Clinical Excellence & Patient Care

Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations.

Use clinical judgment to assess patient needs, recommend appropriate therapies, and ensure safe, effective medication use.

Stay current on local and emerging health concerns to better serve your community.
Leadership & Team Support

Mentor and guide pharmacy associates to deliver outstanding customer service.

Promote a culture focused on patient safety, care quality, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Support and model best practices, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Business & Compliance Execution

Drive operational excellence through inventory control, cost-effective care strategies, and compliance adherence.

Interpret data and utilize company tools to monitor trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with billing procedures, HIPAA, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent FPGE through NABP)
-
Active pharmacist license (must be current by job start date)

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and health equity

Experience with community outreach, wellness events, and health education

Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
