Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations.

Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations, including documentation and handling of controlled substances.

Serve as a leader within the pharmacy team by mentoring associates, modeling excellent customer service, and ensuring proper execution of operational processes.

Support business initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement, building partnerships with stakeholders, and implementing solutions.

Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance, ensuring that procedures and training are up to date.

Champion transparency, continuous improvement, and error reporting to foster a culture of accountability and high-quality care.

Ensure facility compliance with HIPAA, billing procedures, and healthcare-related regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), or equivalent certification (e.g., FPGE via NABP).

Active pharmacy license (must be obtained by job start date).

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, pharmacy school curriculum, or state association-sponsored training).
