As a Valued Pharmacist on Our Team, You Will:
- Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Actively provide a range of direct patient care services, focusing on wellness, disease state management, and optimizing medication therapy to ensure outstanding patient-centered outcomes.
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee and guide pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
- Uphold Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards, including achieving performance metrics, ensuring safety protocols, and adhering to all compliance requirements.
- Drive Business Initiatives: Effectively implement company initiatives designed to enhance profitability and improve service delivery.
Essential Requirements for This Role:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution. Equivalency through FPGEC (NABP) certification is also accepted.
- Licensure: Must possess an active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses maintained in good standing.
- Immunization Certification: Certified Immunizer status is preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work a variety of schedules to meet the needs of our patients and pharmacy operations.
