As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be an integral member of the healthcare team, responsible for evaluating and interpreting medication orders, consulting with providers, and ensuring the safe, timely, and cost-effective administration of medications. Your leadership will also support and guide pharmacy technicians in compounding and dispensing practices while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and patient safety.
This position requires the use of a respirator as part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:

Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience involving IV preparation, automation, and clinical consultation

Demonstrated history of accuracy, quality, reliability, and strong attendance
Education:

Required: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution

Preferred: Completion of clinical clerkships, residency training, or specialization in a hospital-focused setting
Licensure/Certification:

Must hold an active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

Recent graduates or candidates eligible for licensure via reciprocity may be considered, provided licensure is completed within 90 days of hire
