Position Summary:
As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you’ll be a vital part of the community, engaging directly with patients and providing compassionate, patient-centered care. This role goes beyond just working behind the counter — you’ll build meaningful relationships with those you serve, using your clinical expertise to advocate for their health and wellbeing. You’ll have the opportunity to lead both as a healthcare provider and as a mentor within the pharmacy team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver personalized patient care by accurately filling prescriptions, counseling patients, and administering immunizations.

  • Champion patient-centered care by adapting to diverse patient needs and removing barriers to health and wellness.

  • Serve as a community leader, participating in outreach programs and wellness events.

  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory control, cost management, and compliance with legal and company policies.

  • Guide and support pharmacy staff in delivering excellent customer service and resolving patient concerns effectively.

  • Use data, tools, and conversations to stay informed about community health trends and emerging issues.

Salary and Schedule:

  • Annual salary range: $98,000 to $172,000 (based on a 40-hour workweek).

  • Weekly hours and pay may be prorated based on actual hours worked.

  • Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination (FPGE) certification.

  • Valid Pharmacy License by the job start date.

  • Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.

Preferred Qualifications:
