Position Summary:

What You’ll Do:

Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and company standards.

Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and overall health needs.

Administer immunizations and participate in Walmart-developed clinical programs.

Uphold HIPAA and regulatory compliance, maintaining confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).

Lead and support pharmacy staff in delivering exceptional customer service.

Serve as a trusted healthcare resource within your local community by participating in outreach and wellness events.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or foreign equivalent via FPGE/NABP)

Active Pharmacy License (must be valid by job start date)

Completion of an ACPE-Accredited Immunization Training Program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School, or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a retail or community pharmacy setting

Familiarity with Walmart pharmacy systems and protocols
Compensation & Benefits:

Annual salary range: $98,000.00 – $172,000.00 (based on a 40-hour work week)

Prorated pay scale available for part-time schedules
