Position Summary:

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.

  • Counsel patients on prescriptions, wellness, preventive health, and medication adherence.

  • Administer immunizations and deliver clinical programs in compliance with Walmart and Board of Pharmacy regulations.

  • Model excellent customer service, mentoring pharmacy staff and ensuring proper service standards are met.

  • Ensure regulatory and HIPAA compliance, maintaining all required documentation and handling controlled substances securely.

  • Champion community health through participation in events, outreach, and regular Walmart Wellness Days.

  • Drive inventory control, cost savings, and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (or equivalent FPGE through NABP).

  • Active pharmacy license in good standing (must be valid by job start date).

  • Completion of an ACPE-Accredited Immunization Training Program (e.g., APhA or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting.

  • Strong understanding of compliance, inventory management, and customer service leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary Range: $98,000 – $172,000* (based on 40 hours/week)

  • Bonus Eligibility: Annual or quarterly performance-based bonuses
